What can I expect out of therapy?
Therapy can be extremely beneficial and can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and many other symptoms. However, therapy requires a very active effort on clients’ parts. In order for therapy to be successful, clients will have to work on things discussed in session both during session and at home. It is a collaborative understanding between client and therapist.

What can I expect out of the first session?
Our first session will involve an evaluation of your needs and goals. By the end of this evaluation, your therapist will be able to offer you some first impressions on how you can work towards these goals and a treatment plan to follow.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance.

Do I have to fill out paperwork?
There will be paperwork to fill out upon your first visit. Forms can be filled out prior to your first visit or you can fill these out in the office before your first session. If you choose to fill out paperwork in the office, it is advisable to come in 15-20 minutes early.
